What a Weekend!

The title says it all! Fouteen of us (five Americans, eight Canadians, and one Aussie) piled into three cars and headed to Racecourse beach for the weekend. Our car was filled with quotes of the day from Jake. "Wait... is my ham on the roof?" and "I think Kangeroos eyes are green..."

HA HA HA You probably had to be there to fully appreciate how hilarious it was.

We didn't leave Canberra till 730pm so we didn't get to our campsite till 1030pm or 1100pm. When we finally arrived we set up our tents in completely the wrong area... The lady let us stay because 14 of us would get really loud and alot of families were staying at the campground for the weekend.

It worked out great for us because our "campsite" was so close to the beach... a beautiful empty beach!

On Saturday night we (a.k.a Jaret, Joe and Carlos) managed to scrounge up enough fire wood for a fire on the beach! It was soooo much fun. Honestly, the pictures say it all. We found out alot about ourselves that night...(Dionne found out how much she can actually drink....HA HA) and we also found out alot about eachother.... (I've never ever... hmmmm).

It was great fun!




And some of us had a little trouble staying awake.... (too much excitment).





It was such a great weekend... so hilarious... so much fun!
